  • New parking passes are provided monthly. Any vehicle that does not clearly display a parking permit is subject to tow at the owner's expense.

2016 Lot Schedule - Please read!

  • During the 2016 season, the Taylor Street vehicle gates and the Water Ave man gate will remain unlocked 24-7.

  • All parking spaces MUST be vacated by end of day October 31st for the winter season.

  • All PREMIUM spaces are the responsibility of the renter to manage with regards to occupation by unauthorized vehicles that require towing. Towing company information is clearly displayed in the lot.

  • BIG SPACE, LLC is a fully insured company. BIG SPACE, LLC assumes absolutely no responsibility for any damage, theft, break-ins or any form insurance or liability covering individual passengers, vehicles or their contents, under any circumstance.

  • Oregon law states that you must provide vehicle insurance, and you agree that you will not hold BIG SPACE, LLC liable for any other responsibility or obligation associated with the Water Avenue & Taylor Street parking lot.

  • Monthly charges will be invoiced by Big Space, LLC, via email, at least ten (10) days prior to the coming month.

  • Monthly pass holders must pay or give cancellation notice via email to sales@bigspace.us at least (10) days prior to the first day of the following month. Failure to do so will result in the permit being revoked and the space reassigned.

  • All assigned parking signage will be clearly mounted and visible.

  • All parking spaces are assigned by number and/or custom name.

  • All assigned space holders are provided with an interior hang tag that clearly displays the assigned space number.

  • Please read and review all information contained herein pertaining to the Water Avenue and Taylor Parking lot, including lot hours, parking rates and legal terms.

The Customer and BIG SPACE, LLC agree as follows with respect to Customer's passenger vehicle parked our location:

  1. Parking space is available Sun-Sat, 24 hours a day.

  2. Customer shall have a revocable right to park his vehicle at the above location, and no bailment is created. Parking shall be granted on a reserved stall basis.

  3. CUSTOMER ASSUMES THE RISK OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE OR PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT THEREIN INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY FIRE, THEFT, ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES OR ANY OTHER CAUSES. IF A VEHICLE IS DAMAGED WHILE PARKED AT THE ABOVE LOCATION THROUGH THE DIRECT FAULT OF BIG SPACE, LLC, BIG SPACE, LLC’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE REASONABLE COST OF REPAIRING THE VEHICLE. IN NO EVENT WILL BIG SPACE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR CUSTOMER'S CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE.

  4. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold BIG SPACE, LLC harmless from damages or injuries caused by faulty brakes or any other defect in the vehicle, or by the failure of customer to properly set a vehicle's brake.

  5. Customer agrees to pay BIG SPACE, LLC’S prevailing monthly charge for parking space and services provided by BIG SPACE, LLC not later than the 27th day of the preceding month. Upon ten day's notice, BIG SPACE, LLC shall have the right to change the amount of the monthly charge. If Customer fails to pay the current monthly charge by the 27th day of the preceding month, Customer will be charged the prevailing monthly parking rate for the following month. No deductions or allowances from the monthly charge will be made for days the Customer does not use the parking facilities. For accounting purposes, the monthly period shall be the calendar month. Past due amounts will be charged 1 1/2 % per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is the lesser, until the account is paid in full.

  6. The assigned customer parking space is the sole responsibility of the customer, to police and request any unauthorized vehicles be removed by tow truck if necessary.

  7. This agreement is automatically renewed at the end of each month unless either party gives the other written or email notice of intent to terminate. Customer must give BIG SPACE, LLC at least ten (10) days notice before the end of the monthly rental period. Customer is always obligated to pay the entirety of the current month's parking and any past due amounts owed.

  8. Customer agrees to be bound by such rules and regulations as BIG SPACE, LLC may, from time to time, post at the parking location.

  9. If Customer fails to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this agreement, BIG SPACE, LLC shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement without prior notice to Customer, and BIG SPACE, LLC will have available to it all other remedies available at law or in equity.

  10. Lot managers or attendants are not authorized to make or allow any exceptions to this agreement or to regulations posted by BIG SPACE, LLC, and BIG SPACE, LLC will not be bound by any agreement between Customer and a lot manager or attendant or other BIG SPACE, LLC personnel unless provided in writing by BIG SPACE, LLC management.

  11. Under no circumstances shall BIG SPACE, LLC be responsible for consequential damages.
